Delivery and Returns


Delivery is Free and sent anywhere in the UK. Standard UK Delivery 2nd Class will take 3-5 working days and delivered via Royal Mail.

We will let you know as soon as we have dispatched your order. If you are not home to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card so you can arrange a re-delivery with them or collect from your local depot.

We currently do not ship international. You can contact us directly should you have any questions regarding delivery outside of the UK. 



Returning a Product

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items. In order to get another product or colour, you will have to place a new order. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Contact us to arrange a return.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a track able, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note - This information is for purchases made from the Stitched By Esther website only.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Stitched By Esther is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please note return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.

Returning Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologies. Please email us as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved.
